To transfer your service, you will only be able to have the service active at both properties for a maximum of seven days. If that works, you will need to submit an application for service for the new property and a copy of your photo ID as well as your rental/lease agreement if you do not own the home to email@example.com. About 3/4 of the way down the 2nd page, it will ask if it is a transfer and require the current account number. Your current address will need to be at a zero balance. Your deposit will transfer to the new address and you will be responsible for the $25.00 application fee as well as additional deposit if required.

To test your toilets for a leak, simply drop a few drops of any color liquid in the tank of the toilet to discolor the water. Give it about 10-15 minutes and check the bowl to see if any of the discolored water has seeped thru. If so, you have a flapper that is not sealing properly which is the cause of the leak. Your water may be cloudy due to work recently done in the area. This is only air in the lines and will eventually go away. One way to find out is to run a glass of water and allow it to sit on the counter for a few minutes. You will see the water become clear.
No, Paulding County Water still offers Automatic Bank Draft at no charge. If you wish to sign up for AutoPay with Paymentus, please make sure to cancel your Automatic Bank Draft with Paulding County Water. Please note that if you wish to use the AutoPay through Paymentus, there is a $2.45 fee for each payment transaction.
If you leave a balance on your account, it will follow the customer and if it is not paid in full after 90 days, the balance is then sent to our ONLINE Collections Department.
The following are needed for an adjustment from Paulding County Water if you filled a pool.
Effective March 1, 2023 Paulding County Water will be offering a new leak adjustment program.
The new program will be called Paulding County – ServLine. The program will cover the cost of an unexpected high residential water bill due to an eligible leak up to $2,500.00. If your sewer service is provided by the Paulding County Water System your coverage would be up to an additional $2,500.00.
The program allows for two adjustments per 12 months over a maximum of 2 billing cycles. To qualify for a leak adjustment the billing amount must be at least 2x’s the average bill and we must have proof of the repair.

You can now pay through the kiosk located at either 3844 Atlanta Hwy Hiram, GA 30141, available 24 hours a day on the side of the porch or the one located inside the Paulding County Administration building at 240 Constitution Blvd Dallas, GA 30132, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must have your Account Number and CID number both located on your bill stub as well as enter in your phone number and last name. Kiosks will accept cash, checks, credit or debit cards. The kiosk does not give change, overpayment will be credited to your account.
