You may receive any items collected as evidence or safe keeping once the item is no longer needed for the reason it was collected. You must contact the Paulding County Sheriff's Office Evidence Technician by phone (770-443-3015) in order to make arrangements to pick up any items.
The case file and items must be reviewed first to determine if the release of the item(s) is authorized.
