Call if you can, Text if you can't. Paulding County E-911 is capable of handling Text-To-911 Emergencies!
Paulding County E-911 Center operates 24 hours a day seven days a week and is responsible for answering all 911 calls for the citizens of Paulding County, Georgia. Communications Center personnel dispatch Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services for unincorporated Paulding County and the city of Hiram, and Fire and Emergency Medical Service for the City of Dallas. Dallas Law Enforcement calls are transferred to Dallas PD Dispatch. The citizens of Paulding County are provided quick access to emergency services by a team of highly trained and dedicated personnel.
Even though the Paulding County 911 Center has multiple functions, there are two primary job functions within the Communications Center.
Answer and process 911 calls to help ensure a timely response to all emergency incidents within Paulding County.
Provide notification and/or dispatch services for user agencies as they relate to the delivery of emergency services.
The center is equipped with the latest technology in order to maintain Paulding County's commitment to quality service.
