The Paulding County Water System has prepared the annual report on the quality of water delivered to our customers. The report meets the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requirements of “Consumer Confidence Reports” and contains information on the source of our water, its constituents, and the health risks associated with contaminants. Safe water is vital to our community. Our commitment is to provide our customers with reliable service and safe drinking water that meets or exceeds the state and federal standards. This form is to be completed by the General Contractor, Electrician, Plumber, and Heating & Air Contractors. This form must be completed, signed and submitted before a permit is issued or work is commenced. A copy of the current Business Licenses and State Certification Cards must also be on file with the Permit Office. A new "updated" original must be obtained each year. The Permit Office will verify, sign and date the original and returned it to the General Contractor. A copy of the verified original may be submitted for the next permit. The General Contractor is responsible for this form.
