Reservation Policy for Facilities

Pavilions: Open pavilions are available to the public at Earl Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows for $25 for a four hour time block. Open pavilions are available at White Oak Park: Pavilion #1 is $65 for four hours, Pavilion #2 is $30 for three hours and Pavilion #3 is $40 for a three hour time block.  Enclosed pavilions are available to the public at Earl Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows and at White Oak Park. The rental fee is $150 plus a $75 deposit for a four hour time block. The $75 deposit is due in order to reserve a date and the $150 rental fee is due two weeks prior to event. The $75 deposit will be returned if pavilion is left in order and the key is returned within two business days after event. Maximum Capacity is 130 people at Earl Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows and 125 at White Oak Park.  These prices will go into effect on March 2, 2009.
