Reservation Policy for Facilities

Pavilions: Outdoor pavilions are available to the public at Earl Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows, Samuel Braly Sports Complex, Ben Hill Strickland and Sara Babb Park. Rental fee is $11.  Picnic tables, water, a Tot Lot, and electricity are provided at Earl Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows, Ben Hill Strickland and Sara Babb Park.  Only picnic tables and a Tot Lot are offered at Braly Sports Complex. An enclosed pavilion at Earl Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows rents for $101 plus a $26 deposit. Maximum capacity is 130 people. If the facility is left as it was found, the $26 deposit will be refunded. A community building at Yorkville Park and Union Park can be rented before and after the Spring baseball/softball season.
