The Senior Services Division of the Department has ongoing programs for those 55 years old and older living in the community. As a nutrition site for the County, over 100 seniors enjoy meals each day, either on-site or through the meals on wheels program.

A transit program is also in place to provide transportation to those who may need to take advantage of it.

• Arts and crafts classes
• Dancing
• Day trips to various sites

Featuring: The Danny Mote Band

Admission is $5 per person
Everyone is asked to bring refreshments to share

Dances will be held the 2nd Friday night of each month

My name is Libby Spencer.  I am the director of the Paulding County Senior Center and Paulding Transit.  I have been employed by Paulding County for 18 years.  My career started with the coounty as a part-time van driver at the Senior Center, while also working part-time at the Library and the Tag office.  I enjoyed my work at the other departments, but my heart was at the Senior Center.
I can truly say I love my job working with the seniors of Paulding County.  I have been truly blessed with this rewarding and fullfilling position with the county.  I am also very honored to work with some of the finest people in Paulding County, my staff here at the center.  These folks go above and beyond in caring for our seniors.  I am so proud of them and appreciate the job they do.
I guess  we can best be described as on big family.
