Customers applying for a new water tap and/or sewer tap should allow four to six weeks for the installation to be completed, it may be longer during the summer months. In addition to the deposit, an additional tap fee and line maintenance fee will be due at the time
application is made.
The only forms of payment accepted for these
fees are cash, money order, or check. You will be given a blue stake at the time of application; this stake must be placed at the right of way within 24 hours of applying for service, so we can start the process for the new tap.
