There is a phone in each cellblock for inmates to make collect calls. The inmate phone service is provided by Global Tel Link. If you can not receive phone calls from an inmate you need to call Global Tel Link to set up a billing account or to set up a prepaid account using a credit card.

If you do not wish to receive calls from an inmate at the Paulding County Detention Center you can have your phone number blocked by calling the Detention Center. The person that the phone is listed to is the only person that can place a block or remove a block on a phone number.

Placing three way calls for an inmate is prohibited and could result in your number being blocked from the facility.
