2010 Master Contractor Sheet
|
This application must accompany the Private Dwelling Permit Application. This form is to be completed by the general contractor, electrician, plumber, and heating and air contractors.
This form must be completed, signed, and submitted before a permit is issued or work is commenced. A copy of the current business licenses and state certification cards must also be on file with the Permit Office. A new updated original must be obtained each year.
The Permit Office will verify, sign, and date the original and returned it to the general contractor. A copy of the verified original may be submitted for the next permit. The general contractor is responsible for this form. |

Building Permit Transfer Permit Application - Master Contractor Sheet

This application is used when an existing permit is transferred to another contractor for completion. The form must accompany the Private Dwelling Permit Application. This form is to be completed by the general contractor, electrician, plumber, and heating and air contractors.

Code Compliance Bond

A standard Code Compliance Bond Form (issued by an insurance company) for $10,000 is required for all building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors. |

Commercial Building Permit Approval Sheet
|
This application is used for all commercial building construction including new, shell, tenant finish, remodel, amenities projects, cell towers, billboards, pylons, monuments signs, etc.
- Page 1: Approval signatures must be obtained from applicable departments / divisions prior to issuing permit
- Page 2: Certificate of occupancy approval signatures must be obtained from applicable departments prior to scheduling a final inspection / certificate of occupancy
- Page 3: Procedures sheet with applicable departmental location information, architectural review, and sign requirements

Flood Damage Assessments

Homeowners who have suffered damage to their home during the recent flood event are encouraged to contact the Paulding County Building and Permitting Division to schedule a flood damage assessment.
Homeowners are required to complete the attached form and submit for scheduling. After the assessment is complete, County staff will determine if a building permit will be required for the necessary repairs. |
