2007 - 2027 Paulding County Comprehensive Plan    2007 - 2027 Paulding County Comprehensive Plan includes the cities of Dallas, Hiram and Braswell.

Requirements for Rezoning, Special Use Permits (SUP), Land Use Permits (LUP) and Medical Hardship Applications   When applying for a Rezoning, Land Use Permit (LUP), Special Use Permit (SUP), or a Medical Hardship, an original color-coded application form must be obtained from the Planning and Zoning office. These forms outline the requirements and documents that must accompany an original Application form.
Cell Tower Co-location Application        Cell Tower Co-location applications to be completed and reviewed prior to obtaining a building permit.
Temporary Seasonal Sales and Event Application   Temporary Seasonal Sales are reviewed on a case by case basis.  Location of temporary seasonal sales must be in a Highway Business District (B-2).  Temporary Seasoanal sales may be allowed for a maximum of four (4) times per year for a maximum of thirty  (30) days.
