Click here to submit an online work order request. A work order will be written up with your name, phone number and nature of request. The work order is assigned to the appropriate crew to be completed as permitted along with their other duties.

Traffic Operations

If it is a signal not working or a stop sign down, a crew will be dispatched out immediately. Otherwise, the work order is assigned to the appropriate crew to be completed as permitted along with their other duties. For neighborhood speed humps, a packet explaining our Traffic Calming Policy will be mailed for your review.

For driveway permits, call Addressing at (770) 505-1365 to begin the process. They will assign it to the D.O.T. to perform a site distance study, assign an address, a mailbox permit and a driveway permit. Within 7 working days Addressing will call you back to pick up your permit.
