County Airport Department The Paulding County Airport Department is responsible for the oversight and management of the Paulding County Regional Airport that is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2008. The airport is located six miles west of Dallas off Highway 278 between Hulseytown Road and Goldmine Road.
Frequently Asked Questions How large will the airport be in terms of area? The airport will require approximately 750 acres. That does not include the area required for an adjacent business/technology park of approximately 500 to 1,000 acres. What services will be provided at the airport? Services will depend on market demand and may include hangar space, fuel, weather reporting, aircraft rental, charter services, air taxi, flight schools, aerial photography, air ambulance, and other civil uses.
