1. How to I get a copy of a report (i.e. arrest, incident, accident)?

You must apply in person to receive a copy of an Incident or Arrest Report. You must be able to provide picture ID.

You may either pick up a copy of an Accident Report by appearing in person with picture ID at the Paulding County Sheriff's Office or online at www.buycrash.com.

BuyCrash.com is not owned or operated by the Paulding County Sheriff's Office. This company is used by the State of Georgia to provide Official State of Georgia Accident Reports to involved parties of motor vehicle accidents.

There is a $2.00 fee per report if applying in person. There is an increased fee for purchasing accident reports using BuyCrash.com
