If I cannot afford an attorney, how do I apply for a court-appointed attorney?
For delinquent cases, contact the Public Defender's Office at (770) 443-3463. There is a $50 application fee collected by the Public Defender's Office.
For deprivation cases, visit the Clerk's Office or the
Juvenile Court Forms
to complete a Financial Affidavit for Appointment of Counsel form. The Clerk's Office is located at:

Written verification of income must be provided before the application can be processed. There is no application fee.

Where do I pay fines or make restitution payments?
Payments are made at the:

The office accepts payments Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

What forms of payment are accepted by the Juvenile Court?
The Court only accepts cash, money orders, or certified checks payable to the Paulding County Juvenile Court.
