Where do I get forms to file for a divorce, name change, change of custody, etc? What are filing fees?
We do not provide any forms for pro se filings of any type. We cannot give legal advice. We will accept pro se filings but you must have the documents prepared when you come to our office to file the documents.
You can buy packets at office supply stores or download them from the internet. Filing fees are $207 plus $50 sheriff’s service fee if applicable. We do not accept credit or debit cards for payment.

How do I apply to be a notary public?
To apply to be a notary public, go to

. Click on notary online and follow the directions. Fees are $162 for a four-year commission. We do not accept credit or debit cards for payment.

Where do I apply for a passport?
We accept passport applications Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. We do not take passport photos. You must bring your identity documents, photos, and driver’s license. You can fill out the application
