For delinquent cases, contact the Public Defender’s Office at (770) 443-3463. There is a $50 application fee collected by the Public Defender’s Office.


For dependency action, visit the Clerk’s Office or the Juvenile Court Forms to complete a Financial Affidavit for Appointment of Counsel form. The Clerk’s Office is located at:
