Please show your support for local law enforcement officers on May 13, 2016 at 10:00 am for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. The run will begin at Stars and Strikes located at 2400 Hiram Acworth Hwy Dallas, GA 30157. Before the run there will be a brief ceremony honoring athletes who participate in the Special Olympics.
You are required to submit a waiver if you are running. Runners are asked to purchase a LETR shirt for the run. The shirts are $15.00 each. Please see the attached flyer regarding LETR merchandise.
Stars and Strikes will offer persons with special needs and their family $1.00 per person bowling games on May 13, 2016.
The actual run is for law enforcement officers only but anyone is welcome to come to Stars and Strikes for support! The length of run is 3 miles. There will be a van following the runners in case anyone gets tired. We look forward to the run and hope many officers will participate this year.
