On 3/7/2022 our field operations staff received a call from a citizen reporting an overflowing manhole behind 323 Venture Path. Collections crews arrived on scene at 12:26 p.m. Crews used high pressure flow to break through a clog in the sanitary sewer line and removed debris consisting of grease and rags which created the overflow. An estimated 2,820 gallons was released from the manhole and entered into a tributary of Mill Creek. The sewer main was cleared and flowing freely by 2:00 p.m. An inspection of the area was conducted and the area was left free of debris. Signs were placed at the creek.
