Judicial Division

Responsibilities

The Judicial Division is responsible for indexing FiFa's and UCC'S, as well as receiving, filing, processing, storing, and retrieving Civil and Criminal court records. The Judicial Division supports the Superior Court Judges. 

This Division also issues Notary Public Commissions. 

For Notary Public documents, please visit the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA), click on Notary Online, and follow the instructions. Effective 04/01/22 Fee is $48.00
