Goals of Public Education

Our goal at Paulding County E-911 is to provide the highest quality service possible to our citizens. It is our intent to establish working relationships with the residents within our jurisdiction. Our public education program is designed to increase your understanding of the 911 system and to increase your confidence in the emergency services in Paulding County.

The Paulding County E-911 Center strives to inform the public on the appropriate use of 911 Emergency Services. We recognize that the needs of each individual situation are often unique and our goal is to meet these needs efficiently and effectively. In order to meet these goals, we make a concerted effort to provide public education for when to call and when not to call 911.
