Our Responsibilities Include:
  • Alcohol Licensing, Server ID Permits (pouring permits), Temporary Event Permits, and Motorized cart registrations/renewals for Unincorporated Paulding County

Server ID Permits (Pouring Permits)

Server ID Permits are available ONLY for the following locations in Unincorporated Paulding County: American Legion Post 111, Atami Steak & Sushi, BB's Sports Bar & Grill, Bentwater Golf Course, Bucking Goat, Cielo Blue, Cluck N Mooh, Fiesta Azteca, Georgia Peach, Johnny's Pizza (Dallas), Kyri's Kookies, La Bamba (Villa Rica), Los Maguey's, Los Portales, Marcos Pizza (Dallas), Pizza Shack, Qualusi Vineyards, Rosehall, Salt & Pepper Cafe, Stars & Strikes, The Box, The Frog Golf Course, Three Strands Vineyard, Totopos, & Unwine'd & Tap.

Server ID Hours:

M-F 8 am- 11:30 am & 12:30 pm- 4:30 pm (CLOSED 11:30-12:30)

The Server ID Application is available below, or in office: You can fill out the application and print if you would like to save time. **Emailed applications will not be accepted.

Alcohol license renewal information will be emailed on October 9th 2023 and renewals will not begin until this date
